Production Facilities

The Production Facilities of MCE Ltd. are located in Sofia and Varna with 72 000 m2 overall production area (indoor and outdoor).
Due to MCE’s scope of activity and expertise, the assembly and erection of the prefabricated steel structures are performed at the relevant sites depending on the Project (see Performance List).

Production Capacity – 600 – 800 ton / month of plate and profile steel structures, depending on the complexity.

Production Facility Sofia

Premises:

• Indoor Production Area – 9 600 m2 , including:
- Prefabrication Workshop – 2 700 m2;
- Welding and Assembly Workshop – 4 500 m2;
- Anti-corrosion protection and painting Workshop – 2 400 m2;
• Outdoor Production area – 20 000 m2 ;
• Outdoor Storage Area – 20 000 m2 equipped with bridge crane with lifting capacity 32 / 8 t – for servicing open air storage
• Railway, connected to the national railway infrastructure;
• Administrative building – 1 000 м2

Cranes:
• Indoor bridge cranes; lifting capacity of 5 and 20 t – 6
• Outdoor cranes; lifting capacity of 12 ton – 4
